Lavender Sky

droplets by the window,
more fallen by the wind.
and i see the crack of dawn
up against the breeze
as the sky turns charcoal blue.

but as the water hits you again
as the plate switches to purple,
paintings left in the sky,
lavender skies that didn't know
it's shining hidden sun.

yet the moon in the exchange of the
heating blazing fire, where
the clouds resembled something
of smoke, yet nothing without the ball of
hope, stayed for a little while

though the juxtaposition of
the sea and the purple
weather had no effect.

As the watery clouds stayed,
grew darker but stayed,
to exemplify a new beginning.

so it didn't matter if the sky
was an ocean or violets, as they
were just colors,
not something sheer like the solace
of the rain.

yet natural, the sky changes but rain
remains unchanged. as new
stars always occurs in life,
as it is full of deep, dark, scary,
amazing picturesque change

you didn't try hard enough,
you can change, we all can,
as we all have hearts and a bag
of burdens.
so let's stick together as one.

oh lavender sky, you truly have a
hidden sun
