Plan and feel your morning at NIGHT for BEAUTIFUL POSITIVE MORNING.
Have you consciously planned your night to get up early in the morning at 4:30 am and be awake
till sunrise ?
✓As you go to sleep at 10:00 pm. Dream about your goals and plans deep within yourself until
you believe you will achieve it. See and feel the time frame when you will achieve it.
✓As you get up at 4:30 am Make sure your positive dreams, goals, plans and thoughts must
weigh greater than your sorrow, pain, negative feelings, fear, loss of hope and laziness.
✓As you get up at 4:30 am Consciously be aware and remember your goals and plans.
✓As you get up at 4:30 am Deep within yourself remember the time frame when you will
achieve your goals and plans.
✓Act as you get up at 4:30 am:
1. Smile for deep within yourself.
2. Brush your teeth.
3. Have bath.
4. Pray
5. Read a book or study
 or work on your plans and goals.
