Health and fitness for busy people


HEALTH AND FITNESS FOR BUSY PEOPLE:

 It is said life is not just a bed of roses. It's not uncommon one finds thorns in ones life journey. As an adult investing time in ourselves for our health may not be a easy task. No matter how busy our schedule is,
There are some small steps one can follow:
1.GOOD SLEEP:
There is no doubt that sleep affects our daily work capacity. Our thinking intellect,etc...one should sleep 5-7 hours a day to be in good state of mind.
2.BODY INTAKE:
Having a busy life style can lead us to compromise on our eating and drinking habits. Have a heavy breakfast, moderate lunch and dinner. Do not rest immediately after consumption. Bring nutrition to our diet. Eat fruits and vegetables.
3WORK HABITS:
Being busy at work doesn't mean we can't do our bit to take care ourselves. Do not remain seated more than 30 minutes at time. Regularly take walks in and around our work place. Being fit doesn't necessarily mean just a physical. One's mental and emotional states also affects our body. So,have a positive look in life,do not stress and ask help from others. Remember u cannot survive alone.
